These Terms of Service form the agreement between you and MobileStorePK (Pvt.) Ltd. when you use our website, mobile apps, or any related services. By using MobileStorePK, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, you must stop using the service. We've kept the language as plain as we could — every section starts with a TL;DR.
Acceptance of terms.
By using MobileStorePK, you agree to these terms. We update them sometimes; you'll get 30 days notice before anything material changes.
By accessing, browsing, or using any MobileStorePK property — including the website at mobilestorepak.com, our Android and iOS apps, the dealer portal, and SMS-based services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are using MobileStorePK on behalf of an organization (for example, as a verified dealer), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to all registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Non-material changes (typo fixes, link updates) take effect immediately.

Who can register.
Must be 13 or older. One real account per person. Keep your password safe — you're responsible for what happens on your account.
To create an account, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (users 13–17 require parental consent for public reviewer profiles)
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
You may not create more than one account per person, share your account credentials, or use another person's account without permission. Dealers may create separate accounts for staff members under a single business agreement, subject to the additional Dealer Terms.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Acceptable use.
No scraping, no spam, no fake reviews, no harassment. Be honest.
You agree not to use the Service in any of the following ways:
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data using automated tools without explicit written permission
- Post fake or incentivized reviews, or attempt to manipulate ratings, rankings, or pricing data
- Impersonate another person, dealer, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users, including dealers responding to negative reviews
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes any third party's rights
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Service
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without participating in our security disclosure program
- Use the Service to facilitate the sale of stolen, counterfeit, or PTA-non-compliant devices
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any MobileStorePK application
Pakistan's Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 makes facilitating the sale of stolen mobile devices a criminal offense. Listings that include IMEI numbers blacklisted by PTA will be removed and reported to the Federal Investigation Agency.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of offending content, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
Your reviews & content.
You own what you write. We get a license to display it. We may remove content that breaks the rules but we'll tell you why.
5.1 Ownership and license
You retain ownership of all User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant MobileStorePK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content within and in connection with the Service, including in promotional materials.
This license is necessary so we can display your reviews to other users, syndicate top reviews to news outlets with attribution, and include your content in app screenshots or marketing.
5.2 Review standards
To maintain trust in our review system, you must:
- Only review phones you have personally owned or used for at least one week
- Disclose any commercial relationship with the manufacturer or dealer
- Not accept payment, free products, or other consideration in exchange for a positive review unless explicitly disclosed
- Not write reviews on behalf of dealers, family members, or anyone else
5.3 Removal of content
We may remove User Content that violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property, contains false claims about a product, or is the subject of a legitimate legal complaint. We notify the author of the removal and the reason within 48 hours, with the option to appeal.
Intellectual property.
Our logo, branding, and the curated database are ours. You can't copy or repackage them without permission.
The Service — including its design, organization, codebase, the MobileStorePK name, logo, branding, the structured pricing database, editorial content, and all related marks — is the exclusive property of MobileStorePK (Pvt.) Ltd. and is protected under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 of Pakistan, the Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001, and applicable international conventions.
Manufacturer logos, phone images, and product names displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used under fair use principles for editorial and informational purposes.
6.1 Permitted use
You may:
- Link to any public MobileStorePK page from your own website or social media
- Quote brief excerpts of our editorial content (under 200 words) with attribution and a link back
- Embed our public comparison cards via the official embed code
- Use the MobileStorePK logo in journalism or research contexts when referencing our service
You may not reproduce the pricing database in whole or substantial part, redistribute editorial content beyond the limits above, use our trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement, or create derivative services that compete with MobileStorePK using our content.
About pricing data.
Prices are indicative, not binding. The actual price is whatever the dealer is selling it for that day. Always verify before buying.
MobileStorePK aggregates pricing information from dealers across Pakistan, manufacturer official channels, and our editorial team. While we strive for accuracy and update prices daily, the prices shown on the Service:
- Are indicative reference prices and do not constitute a binding offer to sell at that price
- May not reflect real-time changes in import duty, GST, exchange rate fluctuations, or dealer-specific promotions
- Are subject to availability — listing a phone does not guarantee it is in stock at any specific outlet
- May vary by city, retailer, package contents (warranty, accessories), and PTA approval status
Always confirm the final price, warranty terms, and PTA approval status directly with the dealer before completing a purchase. MobileStorePK is not a party to any transaction between you and a dealer.
If you discover a pricing discrepancy, please report it via our contact form. We typically correct verified pricing errors within 24 hours.
Third-party links.
When we link out to dealers or other sites, we don't control those sites. Use them at your own discretion.
The Service contains links to third-party websites, including dealer outlets, manufacturer pages, news sources, and partner services. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only.
MobileStorePK does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or business conduct of any third-party site. Your interactions with third parties — including any purchases, communications, or disputes — are solely between you and that third party.
Some links may be affiliate links from which we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. These do not influence our editorial reviews or rankings, and we mark them clearly with the badge "affiliate" when present.
Termination & suspension.
You can leave anytime. We can suspend your account for serious violations after notice — except for fraud, where we act immediately.
9.1 Termination by you
You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. Upon deletion, your account data is removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. Public reviews may remain anonymized unless you specifically request removal.
9.2 Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:
- Materially breach these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including fake reviews or stolen device listings
- Fail to pay applicable fees (dealers only) within 30 days of due date
- Use the Service in a way that creates legal risk for MobileStorePK or other users
Except in cases of fraud, illegal activity, or imminent harm to other users, we will notify you of the violation and provide 14 days to cure before suspension. For dealers, we provide 30 days notice except in cases of fraud.
9.3 Effect of termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — remain in effect.
Disclaimers & warranties.
We work hard to make the service great, but we offer it "as is" with no guarantees about specific outcomes.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law:
While we make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance via our status page. Unplanned outages, while rare, are part of operating any internet service.
Limitation of liability.
If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months — which for most users is zero, since we're free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. Where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by that law, but the rest of these Terms remain in full effect.
Indemnification.
If your actions get us sued (e.g., posting defamatory reviews), you'll cover the costs. Standard practice across the industry.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MobileStorePK (Pvt.) Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your User Content, including any review, comment, photo, or other submission
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
- Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Your interactions with other users, dealers, or third parties through the Service
We will notify you promptly of any such claim and reasonably cooperate in your defense. You may not settle any claim that imposes obligations on MobileStorePK without our prior written consent.
Governing law & disputes.
Pakistani law applies. Disputes go to Karachi courts. We try mediation first.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology (Electronic Transactions) Ordinance, 2002, and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016.
13.1 Dispute resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation in good faith for at least 30 days. If unresolved, the parties agree to non-binding mediation through the Centre for International Investment and Commercial Arbitration (CIICA) in Karachi.
13.2 Jurisdiction
If mediation fails, any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan. By using the Service, you consent to personal jurisdiction in Karachi for any claim arising under or related to these Terms.
13.3 Class action waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you and MobileStorePK agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
