This disclaimer applies to everything on mobilestorepak.com, our mobile applications, our SMS alert service, and any partner integration carrying the MobileStorePK brand. It supplements (and does not replace) our Terms of Service.
Prices are indicative, not binding.
Prices change daily. The number you see on our site is a reference — the dealer's actual price at checkout is the one that counts.
Pakistani mobile phone prices fluctuate due to currency movements, import duties, PTA charges, dealer inventory, and seasonal demand. We collect price data from multiple sources and refresh listings regularly, but at any given moment:
- A dealer may have updated their price after our last refresh
- Stock may have run out between updates
- Promotional discounts may apply only at specific stores or for limited periods
- PTA-approved versus unapproved variants may carry significantly different prices
- Box-pack, used, and refurbished units typically differ in price for the same model
We are not a seller. We do not collect payment, hold inventory, or fulfill orders. The price you see on MobileStorePK is a reference figure; the price the dealer asks at the point of sale is the only binding one.
Specs come from manufacturer data.
Specs are based on official manufacturer info. Regional variants differ — the unit sold in Pakistan may not match exactly.
Technical specifications are sourced from manufacturer announcements, official product pages, and trusted hands-on reviews. They reflect the global or international variant of each device. Where we can confirm Pakistan-specific differences (network bands, dual-SIM support, included accessories) we note them, but absent that note you should not assume the local unit is identical.
Network compatibility, in particular, depends on the specific 4G/5G bands the device supports versus the bands operated by your carrier (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone). A handset listed as 5G-capable may not actually achieve 5G speeds in your area or on your network. Always verify band support before buying if 5G is important to you.

Any transaction you enter into with a dealer is strictly between you and that dealer. Warranty, returns, refunds, exchanges, defective-unit handling, and dispute resolution are matters between you and the dealer. We are not a party to that contract and cannot intervene on your behalf.
If you have a genuine grievance with a verified dealer that you cannot resolve directly, you may contact us. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, may remove the dealer's verified status or listing — but we cannot mediate or arbitrate.
